• Overview of electrical plans to ensure proper electrical/lighting requirements are met for owners’ needs
• Design of custom built-ins, scale/conceptual drawings, cabinetry selections, countertop selections, appliance selections (if needed)
• Fireplace/feature wall designs/detail, project walk-thru’s at key stages of the building process, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures
• Roof tile, garage doors, pavers, pool tiles/pavers, paint colors, trim details, front door, balcony flooring, iron railings, if applicable
• Dropbox “folder” to specify selections/designs online
